Once you have requested a booking it will be confirmed and you will receive an email notifying you of this. (It could take a few hours in some cases as this is done manually by the therapist and they may be treating a client - please be patient)
If in the unlikely event your booking cannot be confirmed, you will be personally notified and an alternative appointment time will be organised with you.

Please note appointments are by booking only, and we don't have a waiting area, so drop in enquiries are not possible due to the private nature of our set up.
We are lucky enough to have a layby right by the entrance so you should have no problems finding a space in there or just near by. It is a residential street so please be mindful about parking on the corner!

We have a wide gate and a patio up to the entrance of the studio. There is a raised deck with a small step up so if you have specific access needs please let us know before booking so that we can discuss this and find a tailored solution.
When you receive your email confirmation you will see some advice on there regarding what to wear for your appointment.
In a nutshell it is advised to wear loose fitting trousers with access up to the knee for lower body treatments and a strappy vest top for upper body treatments.
Your dignity and privacy is important to me and all necessary blankets etc are provided to not only keep you comfortable but cosy too!
When receiving any treatment which concentrates on deep relaxation and removal of waste products/toxins from the body it is very important to up your water intake for a couple of days (and ideally keep it up!)
You can expect; more frequent visits to the toilet as you stay hydrated, feeling relaxed, better sleep, increased energy, relief from pain, headaches, pimples/spots (elimination of toxins), cold symptoms. The symptoms that you came in with may briefly feel worse before they get better.
These are positive signs that the body is responding to the treatment and you will just as quickly feel relief from the symptoms too.
It is important to try and reduce alcohol and caffeine intake, listen to your body and allow time for yourself to relax.
Reflexology and Holistic Massage as a whole has an accumulative affect meaning that the more you have them, the more your body will respond positively.
That said, these treatments as a stand alone appointment can, and have, had huge successful results and you truly can benefit from just one session.
If you are trying to re-establish a better sleep routine for instance, or de-stress I would advise timing your appointment close to your bedtime and if possible have a few treatments fairly close together to maximize the affects.
You are in control, you decide what fits your lifestyle and your budget. You will never be pressured into having more than you decide.
When booking an appointment you will receive email confirmation almost immediately and a then an email reminder the day before your scheduled appointment.
Please give at least 24hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Late cancellations and ‘No Shows’ can waste precious time and money and so if notice is given after the 24hour period then you may still be charged your appointment cost.
